At PAKA®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable alpaca apparel. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip for faster processing.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
